roti , kapda aur MAKAAN

How often do you listen these terms Roti , Kapada aur MAKAAN ( food , clothing and shelter ). The three basic necessities of life. Every single element in this phase holds a significant place in our lives .

These are the basic necessities. Beyond that if you need anything. It is the beginning of Self Deception

So Hello everyone , this is Ayush Gupta , sharing my first post on this new blog. I hope to influence you a bit and hope for a good support to this.

On the onset of a new era of politics and a drastic change in the economy of India, the business sector is somehow in a dicey situation. On the first side it is benefitted while on the other it is largely affected.

Benefitted in terms of the new policies in the Annual Budget which will be announced on 5thJuly 2019.

Through this my focus will be on the real estate sector as of now. It is real estate which will boom in the upcoming years as of the new policies which will be announced in the month of July. As a result the focus of the Government will be on the Affordable Housing sector i.e plots having the area of 60 sq. mtr , 32 sq. mtr , 26 sq. mtr .

HERE COMES THE RIGHT INVESTMENT……

People should look forward for making the correct investment choices, be it the Stock Market for short-term investment with high risk and comparatively less return or be it the REAL ESTATE sector.

Due to the new phase of technology (new enterant : OYO) the rental properties have increased to a great mark with a small investment yielding high returns. It will be the first time since INDIA will witness new policies in the RENTAL PROPERTY sector.

A piece of advice : If people are thinking for good returns in the upcoming 5 years,  more and more investment should be made in this sector and the bought properties should be given on Rent. Since more and more Plots are bought and proper construction is done , it increases the employment generation resulting in a high GDP.

THE SHARE IN THE ECONOMY….

Real estate sector in India is expected to reach a market size of  US$ 1 trillion by 2030 from US$ 120 billion in 2017 and contribute 13 per cent of the country’s GDP by 2025.

Retail, hospitality and commercial real estate are also growing significantly, providing the much-needed infrastructure for India’s growing needs.

Sectors such as IT and ITeS, retail, consulting and e-commerce have registered high demand for office space in recent times. Commercial office stock in India is expected to cross 600 million square feet by 2018 end while office space leasing in the top eight cities is expected to cross 100 million square feet during 2018-20. Co-working space across top seven cities has increased sharply in 2018 (up to September), reaching 3.44 million square feet, compared to 1.11 million square feet for the same period in 2017.

HERE IT IS , THE RIGHT INVESTMENT NOW YIELDING HIGH RETURNS  IN THE FUTURE.. |
